The law offices of David K. The office will not engage in litigation and has an extensive network of specialists with whom it collaborates as necessary.

With over 15 years’ background in tax & business, David Spencer has experienced an extremely wide variety of situations, problems and solutions.  The office is currently working with individuals, estates and businesses on tax advice & structuring, return preparation, audit and appeal, trusts, estates & probate, small business formation, structuring & outside investments, contracts, dispute resolution and a wide variety of other matters.  David received his J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) and LL.M. (Tax Policy Fellowship recipient) from New York University School of Law in 1999 and 2000, respectively.
